  3.         (BLINK compatible) containing Resident Library call
  4.         stubs for versions of Lattice (prior to 4.0) that
  5.         cannot use the direct-call pragmas in IPC_proto.h.

  7.         Included are the library module itself (IPC.lib)
  8.         and the assembly sources required to generate it.
